2. Data We Process

Depending on how you use the Website, we process:

Providing data in the forms is voluntary but necessary to handle your enquiry, prepare a quote, or process a service request.

• form data (contact, quote request, service request): name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, company name and tax ID (if provided), subject and content of the message, and any other data you voluntarily include;
• technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location, cookie identifiers, activity data (pages visited, visit duration, traffic source);
• direct communication data: by phone or e-mail, if you contact us outside the forms;
• social media data (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), if you interact with us on those platforms.

Personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:

All entities processing data on our behalf act under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR).

• hosting and IT service providers operating the Website and e-mail;
• providers enabled after consent: Google Ireland Ltd., TikTok Technology Limited (TikTok Ireland), and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited;
• accounting, legal and debt collection service providers;
• courier and transport companies - for deliveries;
• financing institutions (leasing, credit) - solely at your request, in connection with purchase financing;
• public authorities, where required by law.

5. Transfers Outside the EEA

When Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel and Meta Pixel are enabled after consent, analytics or marketing data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary safeguards.

6. Data Retention

• enquiries and correspondence: until the matter is resolved, then up to 3 years (to document the course of contact and defend against claims);
• contract-related data: for the duration of the contract, then until the expiry of limitation periods for claims (as a rule, 3 years for business-related claims, 6 years otherwise, under Polish law);
• accounting documents: 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax obligation arose;
• analytics and marketing data (cookies): according to the lifetime of the given cookie, no longer than until consent is withdrawn - up to 14 months for Google Analytics data;
• data processed on the basis of consent: until consent is withdrawn.

You have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy of it (Art. 15 GDPR);
• rectification of your data (Art. 16 GDPR);
• erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR);
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR);
• object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR);
• withdraw consent at any time - without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage) for the following purposes:

• essential - ensuring proper functioning and security of the Website (basis: legitimate interest; no consent required);
• analytics - Google Analytics 4: visit statistics and analysis of Website performance (consent required);
• marketing - TikTok Pixel and Meta Pixel: advertising performance and conversion measurement (consent required).

On your first visit you can accept or reject analytics and marketing tools independently. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. Google Analytics does not load without analytics consent, while TikTok Pixel and Meta Pixel do not load without marketing consent.

We run profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. With respect to statistical data about followers (e.g. Facebook Page Insights), we are a joint controller together with the platform operator. Processing of data by platform operators is governed by their own privacy policies.

We do not make decisions concerning you based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.
