A 6-axis arm integrated with the BINGO MIG 350A automatic machine, designed to automate and speed up the processes of joining steel and metal structures on production lines.

The Roboteus RBR2110S welding robot, featuring an integrated BINGO MIG 350A welding control unit, is a high-precision, 6-axis industrial robot arm designed to automate repetitive, difficult and time-consuming welding processes. The unit is ideal for use on production lines and in facilities focused on the rapid and error-free production of welds in steel and metal structures.

The robot arm features a large working reach of up to 2,100 mm and a payload capacity of up to 10 kg, allowing for easy manoeuvring of the torch around complex and three-dimensional workpieces. A high protection rating (IP50 for the body and IP54 for the wrist) ensures a long service life and resistance to the harsh conditions found at welding workstations (dust, sparks). Equipped with a high-performance MIG 350A welding machine featuring a wire feeder and CAN bus control, this is a dynamic solution guaranteeing weld repeatability to within ±0.07 mm.

Applications and industries
Thanks to its enormous reach of 2.1 metres and full freedom of movement across 6 axes, the robot is ideally suited to heavy industry and manufacturing:

  • Steel structure assembly: precise and repeatable welding of frames, spans, trusses and load-bearing components.
  • Machinery and vehicle manufacturing: mass production of housings, tanks, bodies and equipment mountings.
  • Metalworking and metal fabrication: automation of mass-produced welds in the manufacture of fences, balustrades, tables and industrial shelving.
  • Heavy-duty welding applications: efficient processing of thick components requiring stable penetration and a constant torch feed rate.

Key advantages and features-Working range
up to 2,100 mm: enables efficient handling of large-scale welding stations and three-dimensional components without the risk of collision.

  • High positioning repeatability (±0.07 mm): guarantees a perfectly even, aesthetically pleasing and robust weld every time, eliminating the need for manual corrections.
  • 6 highly dynamic degrees of freedom: arm movements at optimal rotational speeds (up to 336°/s on the J6 axis) allow the production cycle to be reduced to a minimum.
  • BINGO MIG 350A welding robot with CAN communication: ensures stable arc power supply, fast data transfer and seamless coordination between the wire feeder and the robot controller.
  • Industrial-grade durability (IP50 / IP54): a reinforced design suitable for operation in dusty and demanding production environments
