The Roboteus RBZ1515UV UV laser marker enables ultra-precise, ‘cold’ marking of glass, plastic and electronic components without the risk of thermal damage. Equipped with a 5W JPT laser source and a high-speed galvanometric scanner (up to 7 m/s), it guarantees micro-precision and lightning-fast processing times.

The Roboteus RBZ1515UV laser marker is a highly precise and state-of-the-art device designed to apply high-quality, professional markings to a wide range of materials to production (industrial) standards. The machine uses ultraviolet light and operates on the principle of so-called ‘cold marking’ (photochemical ablation), which means that it generates almost no heat during operation. This allows for microscopic precision and high contrast on plastics, glass, ceramics and delicate electronics without the risk of melting, scorching or thermal deformation.


The galvanometric head enables very high operating speeds – up to ≤ 7 m/s. In practice, this means a full engraving on a pen can be completed in less than a second. This technology significantly speeds up the fulfilment of orders for promotional items and is ideally suited to on-the-fly marking on a production line. At the heart of the machine is an advanced 5W JPT UV laser source, guaranteeing a fine beam, a high level of stability and a service life of up to 20,000 operating hours. The machine comes with the intuitive EZCAD 2 software (with LightBurn support).
