The Roboteus RBF2040V CNC milling machine is an advanced milling plotter designed for efficient and precise machining of materials requiring an exceptionally large work area. Its 400 cm Y-axis length allows the table to easily accommodate full-size, continuous sheets of board such as alucobond or dibond, as well as furniture boards and mild steel sheets without the need for pre-cutting. The machine also excels at cutting and engraving wood, MDF, plywood, plastics, composites, and soft metals (e.g., aluminum).

The device is equipped with a powerful vacuum table divided into 12 independent sections and an included 7.5 kW side-channel vacuum pump, ensuring reliable and rapid immobilization of the workpiece. The durable construction, based on a cast iron base and steel and aluminum components, eliminates vibration. Combined with a powerful 5.5 kW liquid-cooled electrospindle (ER25 chuck), 12 Nm hybrid motors with encoders, and a helical gear drive, the machine ensures smooth movement and high-quality edge finishing.
