Replacement of laser tubes in a 130×90 cm dual-head plotter, including calibration and cleaning of optical paths.
Custom vacuum table made according to the client’s needs in a 60x90cm CNC milling machine. A 4-section vacuum installation was also performed.
Connection and calibration of the 4th rotary axis in a CNC milling machine. The machine is adapted for the production of wooden legs for ornate chairs.

Integration of the spindle with a newly programmed inverter. The old Elte spindle was replaced, enhancing the capabilities of the milling machine.
Manufacturing of new drive components for a plasma plotter.
Replacement of the reduction gearbox and stepper motors with servo drives, which required changing the reduction ratios to maximize the dynamics of the new CNC plasma cutter control.
Replacement of the CO2 laser tube and power supply with larger ones.
The CO2 laser was upgraded from a 40W tube to an 80W tube.
A new high voltage power supply with a rated power of 80W was also installed.
Construction of a custom 4-axis control system for a sub-product sorter.
We designed the entire mechanical system and its control. We also built a steel frame to the client’s specifications.
The machine has GCODE written for automatic operation with a feeder.
Replacement of the laser head in a Raytools fiber laser cutter. The new head was calibrated with the old Raycus fiber optic.
The 2kW fiber laser operates in harsh conditions, and after 2 years, the client decided to replace the entire head instead of just the optics.
Servicing fiber laser cutters from Chinese manufacturers is also our specialty, which we are increasingly handling.
Retrofit – replacing the old control system of a CNC milling plotter from LINUXCNC to PIKOCNC, replacing and configuring servo amplifiers, limit switches, and reconnecting all cables with new ones.
A new inductive tool height sensor was also installed, which works with the ATC (spindle with automatic tool change on an ISO30 taper).
We also specialize in replacing encoders in larger servo drives and tuning some servo amplifiers.
Additionally, we convert control systems from stepper motors to stepper motors with encoders (closed-loop) or AC servo drives, depending on the budget and expected results.
Repair of the tool magazine of a CNC milling plotter involving the replacement of the stepper motor with a servo drive with an encoder, ensuring repeatability of carousel rotation and allowing for feedback signal connection in case of magazine jamming in an unexpected position.
Modification of the planetary gearbox was necessary. The repair was successfully completed.
